Gifts — timing & logistics
Ship the Casios to Rochester ahead of time so they're with Nick before leaving; hand them out on the Wednesday drive down. Whiskey (Oban 14 / Macallan 12) opens Wednesday at hotel arrival. Ship the OLPR watch roll to the hotel — call Romer to confirm they'll hold a package — and give it Thursday evening during the regroup. Every gift moment is stationary.
